DevOps for introverted people

We asked members of our DevOps team to talk about their experience as introverts and to give extroverts some advice. Before we get into their responses, though, let’s first define the term.

Opinion:

Everyone in the article seems to assume that "introvert" is a bad thing. The truth is that introvert and extrovert are invented terms to sell books and not part of psychology.
Autism is now a spectrum. What many consider to be introverts are really people with mild autism. They find people overly stimulating and avoid interacts. But they are also very good at finding details that non-autistics don't. The best way to deal with them is thru text messages or email. Meetings and even phone calls can have a negative impact on their work.
