New report finds business leaders want to invest in staff in order to drive growth

Sara Cooper, vice-president of people for Jobber, said investing in on-the-job training has been critical to the software firm's success in recruiting 80 people in the past year. A new survey commissioned by HSBC found that Canadian businesses are increasingly focused on investing in training.
Nearly half of Canadian business leaders surveyed for a new report said they plan to boost spending on skills training for their staff in the next two years.
