1. Fatty foods
Carbs make you fat. When your glucose levels rise, your body makes more insulin, which causes several responses. First, your cells stop burning fat and switch exclusively to burning glucose. Second, your liver stores more glucose as glycogen. Third, your fat cells store more fat. If your fat cells are storing fat, you get fat.
2. Gluten
It's not gluten that causing problems; it's glyphosate.
8. GMOs
The biggest problem with GMOs is that they are engineered to be highly tolerant of glyphosate, a known carcinogen.
10. All carbs
All carbs do contribute to obesity. See #1 above.
